Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received, unworn and unwashed
- With original tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@pelveto.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@pelveto.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
No Direct Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pelveto.com.
